Two updates in a week? I know, it's nuts, but our attendees are worth it.

Ikasucon now has an official mini-news feed on Twitter! Check it out by going to http://twitter.com/ikasucon - now, each time the Front Page is updated, an update will be posted on the Twitter feed as well.

How does this help you, the congoer?

Because Twitter updates are very small, they can be seen by using cell phone text messages. You can each update sent to your mobile phone automatically. All you have to do is send the following text message: follow ikasucon to Twitter's special code number 40404.

During the convention, Ikasucon staff will send out Twitter updates with last-minute changes, such as events being rescheduled or other important information. By getting these updates on your mobile phone, you will be completely up-to-date on Ikasucon happenings!

Just remember that each time Ikasucon posts to Twitter and you get a text message, it's just like getting a text message from another phone. Check your phone's rate plan and make sure you're aware of any fees or limits that your service provider may impose.
